We require a 25% deposit when reserving your package this enables us to start preparing your Hen Weekend in Nottingham in advance ensuring the activity dates and times can be delivered for your weekend, this also covers administration costs. The deposit is non-refundable or transferable.
Deposits can be made up to 1 year in advance of your weekend date with the remainder due 4 weeks before the weekend itself. For groups booking within the 4 week period, deposit and full payment are due together.
Full payment is either the remaining 75% of the total group cost or 100% if booking within 4 weeks, when deposit and full payment is combined.
Any changes to package or numbers should be made before full payment date at which point there are no refunds for people dropping out. Should someone drop out before full payment date then they will not require to pay full payment but will unfortunately lose their deposit.
Once full payment is made if a major incident should occur and you can go ahead on the weekend in question, we will do our best to change the date to a second choice. This is however at our discretion and activity availability. Changes of such would need to be provided with at least 2 weeks notice. After which point please rely on your group insurance for any refunds as such.

We charge £5 per £100 overdue per day. A due date payment may reach us by paypal or transfer up to 12 pm on the night it is due. If payment is by cheque it should arrive at least 7 days before due date to avoid being late.
Once payment has been received, you should first notify us by phone or email. We will provide confirmation of payment by email with the amount and date of payment.
