At Hen Weekends Nottingham we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. We aim to provide you with excellent activity details, friendly and reliable hen weekend coordinators and great execution on the event day itself.

We understand the pressure you’re under to pull off a fantastic hen weekend you can be proud of supplying to your best friend. We’re here to efficiently guide you to put together the best hen weekend package possible for your group.

We do our best to keep up to speed with new activities in Nottingham, changes to activities and hotels and the best bars and clubs for your weekend.

It is our job to help you from enquiry through to providing the hen weekend itself and as you can imagine that covers a lot of different areas we are confident enough to say we are highly experienced in. We can assist with activity details, timings for a package, collecting group payment, providing a detailed easy to use itinerary, maps and directions, making changes to your booking and reducing the stress and improving the fun of the weekend for all involved.

We are available:

  • 9am - 8 pm Monday to Friday
  • 10am - 6pm Saturday & Sunday

We understand that some people need information during the week and some prefer to leave it to the weekend. We understand that some want to organise their weekend after work so we stay late to make sure we’re still here to help.

We understand that having someone at the end of the phone or to reply to a question by email throughout your booking process is important and we keep a close relationship with our groups from start to end.
